The Role • We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales Representative (Cold Email Outbound Closer) to convert cold email outbound leads into qualified meetings, discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and closed deals. This is a full-cycle closing role focused on mid-to-high-ticket sales (€10k–€120k). • You must be fluent in English and confident speaking with executives. This role requires high resilience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to consistently hit quota. • This is a remote, full-time role (minimum 8 hours/day). What You’ll Do • Run discovery calls and sales calls with outbound prospects • Execute full-cycle sales: prospecting → qualification → discovery → demo → negotiation → close • Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities • Qualify prospects using internal frameworks and make go/no-go decisions • Handle objections and negotiations with confidence • Deliver compelling demos and ROI-focused pitches • Send proposals, follow up consistently, and secure signatures • Maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline at all times • Conduct daily CRM updates and sales admin (~1 hour/day) • Reply to prospect emails and ensure timely follow-ups • Provide daily EOD reports on progress and pipeline • Collaborate with SDRs and leadership to improve outbound processes Requirements Experience • 2–3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement • Full-cycle sales experience (mandatory) • Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach) • Closed deals in the €10k–€120k range • Experience in consultative, not transactional, selling Skills • Fluent English (A Must Have) • Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills • Able to uncover real problems and identify red flags early • Handles pressure well and reframes concerns effectively • Commercially strong; understands business models, ROI, and executive communication • Strong written and verbal communication Mindset • High resilience and rejection tolerance • Takes full ownership of pipeline and results • Money-motivated and driven to win • Problem-solver who figures things out independently • Coachable but not dependent on micromanagement • Follows processes and contributes improvements Success Metrics • 6+ discovery calls/day • 15+ sales calls/week • 60%+ discovery → sales call conversion • 25–30% sales call → closed deal conversion • 20–30% disqualification rate • 15 deals closed/month • 100%+ quota attainment • Pipeline always accurate and updated Benefits • Competitive full-time compensation • 100% remote work from anywhere • High-impact sales role directly influencing core revenue • Work closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment • Significant growth and promotion opportunities as the company scales • Long-term stability within a rapidly expanding global AI organization How to Apply⚠️ Applications submitted without a Loom video will not be considered.
