What You’ll Do • Generate, nurture, and convert mortgage leads • Build high-quality referral relationships with Realtors, CPAs, financial planners, and community partners • Maintain and engage a database of past clients • Consistently produce as a Loan Officer with the opportunity to recruit and develop your own team • Lead professionally with strong communication and exceptional client service Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of Loan Officer experience • Active NMLS/MLO license • Proven track record of 3–5+ closings per month • Strong understanding of lending regulations and mortgage technology • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership abilities Licensed States (34 and expanding) AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, LA, MD, MI, MN, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
