Business Development & Partnerships Manager
Role Overview The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and business collaborations that align with the company’s growth objectives. This role will serve as the primary owner of partner outreach, relationship management, negotiations, and execution, working closely with senior leadership to advance opportunities from initial engagement through deal closure. Key Responsibilities Partnership Outreach & Engagement -Identify, research, and prioritize potential business partners and strategic collaborators. -Develop and execute structured outreach strategies to initiate and cultivate new partnership opportunities. -Serve as the primary point of contact for initial outreach, relationship development, and ongoing partner engagement. Coordination & Leadership Communication -Coordinate closely with company leadership to ensure clarity, alignment, and timely decision-making throughout outreach, negotiation, and partnership execution. -Provide concise and actionable updates on partnership progress, risks, and next steps. -Proactively solicit leadership input and direction to advance discussions and close opportunities efficiently. Deal Negotiation & Closure -Lead discussions and negotiations with prospective partners -Prepare and present partnership proposals and business cases for leadership review and approval. -Facilitate internal review, approvals, and final authorization of partnership or investment agreements. Strategy & Market Intelligence -Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within target markets. -Provide strategic insights into leadership on partner selection, go-to-market opportunities, and revenue growth initiatives. -Support long-term partnership strategy and pipeline development aligned with overall business objectives. Reporting & Performance Tracking -Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, partner interactions, deal pipeline, and outcomes. -Track key performance indicators related to partnerships and business development. -Report key updates, metrics, and insights to leadership on a regular reporting cadence. Qualifications & Experience -Proven experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, or related roles. -Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and partners -Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and deal-structuring skills. -Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
