Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist our professional nursing staff in delivering exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, and mobility. Support residents in regaining independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as ambulation and exercises. Administer skin care and treatments as ordered by nursing staff. Document and follow up on nursing instructions in the electronic record. Maintain resident safety, comfort, and confidentiality at all times. Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transportation to appointments. Operate, maintain, and clean resident care equipment safely. Participate in staff development, meetings, and mandatory educational programs. Uphold infection control, safety, and compliance standards.
