COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE – SAAS SALES ROLE - REMOTE AI-Powered Service Management Platform ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This role is with a global enterprise software organization that develops AI-driven Service Management platforms used by thousands of organizations across more than 100 countries. The company focuses on improving operational efficiency and employee experience through automation and intelligent workflows. The Commercial Account Executive position supports continued growth across North America. The role involves managing the full sales cycle and engaging mid-market and enterprise customers evaluating service management solutions. LOCATION Remote (USA) Preferred hubs: Phoenix / Scottsdale, AZ or Atlanta, GA COMPENSATION On-Target Earnings: $200,000 (50% base / 50% commission) Comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare coverage and retirement plan. RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through negotiation and contract close within an assigned North American territory. Develop and execute territory plans, including account research, prospecting activities, and pipeline management. Engage with IT leaders, business stakeholders, and procurement teams to understand requirements and present appropriate SaaS-based solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations focused on platform capabilities and business use cases. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support customer onboarding and ongoing account success. Monitor industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy and positioning. Achieve assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets. Sales Environment Typical deal sizes range from $15K–$27K, with larger transactions up to $50K. Sales cycles generally fall within 15–60 days. Sales tools include Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and ZoomInfo. REQUIREMENTS Three to five years of experience in SaaS or B2B software sales, with a record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience managing the full sales cycle, preferably in a transactional or mid-market environment. Ability to sell to IT and technical stakeholders and explain complex solutions clearly. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation and presentation. Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms; Salesforce experience is preferred. Native or near-native English proficiency. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
