Your mission is to manage, consult, and grow a dedicated book of business.This involves:• Client Relationship Mastery: Nurturing and expanding existing relationships through expert consultation. Your advice on coverage will be invaluable, and your skill in identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities will drive our mutual success. • Operational Excellence: Efficiently managing renewals, document issuance, and all aspects of account servicing within strict timelines. Your attention to detail will ensure seamless operations. • Strategic Engagement: Handling non-renewals, cancellations, and renewals like a pro.You'll also flex your marketing muscle, preparing submissions that resonate. Who You Are:• A seasoned pro with 3-6 years in commercial insurance account servicing. • Proud holder of a P&C license, with a deep dive knowledge of insurance products and documentation. • A tech-savvy individual with prowess in Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally, Applied/EPIC/TAM AMS360. • An independent yet collaborative team player, open to continuous learning, with a college degree or equivalent industry designations.
