Creating Training Resources & References
We are seeking a temporary contractor to consolidate and modernize our property management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) into a single, accurate, and easy-to-reference training guide. Currently, our SOPs are spread across 11 separate PDF documents, and there is concern that conflicting or outdated information exists across versions. This role will be responsible for reviewing existing SOP materials, identifying and resolving inconsistencies, and transforming them into a clear, well-structured, and branded resource that can be used for onboarding, training, and day-to-day reference by property management staff. These current SOPS are long, very copy-heavy, and can be confusing. Looking for a concise resource that includes visual guides/aides where appropriate. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in translating complex operational processes into clear, user-friendly documentation. Success in this role means delivering a cohesive, consistent, and visually intuitive SOP or training guide that improves clarity, compliance, and operational efficiency. Apply tot his job
