Our team is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive environment, where every individual feels valued and respected. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and internal stakeholders. You'll work closely with our team to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide timely and accurate support. This is a part-time remote opportunity, requiring 24 hours of work per week, every Saturday from 8pm to 8am and Sunday from 8pm to 8:30am. **Key Responsibilities** * Actively listen and probe callers in a professional and timely manner to determine the purpose of the calls * Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat * Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, remaining focused on creating great customer experiences * Resolve issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment * Have access to personal health information ("PHI") necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities * Effectively work with others and promote teamwork to generate positive and creative results **Qualifications** * Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift * High school diploma * One (1) year experience in customer service * Ability to work in a quiet remote work setting * Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload * Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel * Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems * Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time * Travel is required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly pay in the range of $16-$18 * Daily Pay Option Available * Opportunities to pick up extra shifts occasionally during the week (12am to 8:30am shift) * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * A 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * A fun and inclusive company culture **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
