Director, Accounting – Finance
Job Description:• Direct and oversee all aspects of the finance and accounting functions for a multi-entity organization. • Manage the organization's financial resources through strategic fiscal planning and financial reporting. • Sustain robust financial systems and internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance. • Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the executive leadership team and department heads. • Lead the annual audit and 990 preparation process, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors.• Act as a strategic partner by developing and delivering forward-thinking financial reporting and dashboards. • Manage cash flow and forecasting; optimize the handling of banking relationships. • Maintain effective internal controls and compliance with GAAP and regulatory laws. • Manage intercompany transactions and cash settlements. • Prepare monthly financial statements and monitor financial performance against budget.
