Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to participate in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on a variety of topics, including child-related products, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will play a vital role in providing honest feedback and insights that will help shape the development of new products and services. Key Responsibilities Show up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time to ensure a smooth and timely experience Participate by completing written and oral instructions, and engage in discussions with other participants and moderators Complete written surveys provided for each panel, and provide detailed and honest feedback on the products or services being discussed MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss prior to the meeting date Participate in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews, and provide feedback on the experience Essential Qualifications MUST have either a smart phone with working camera or webcam on desktop/laptop to participate in online discussions MUST have access to a reliable internet connection to ensure seamless participation in online discussions Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics, and provide honest and detailed feedback Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions, and engage in discussions with other participants and moderators High school diploma or its equivalent, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in market research or a related field, although not required, is an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to think critically and provide insightful feedback, and willingness to learn and adapt to new products and services Flexibility and adaptability, and ability to participate in online or in-person discussions at various times and locations Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
