Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of price changes, cost updates, and data validation. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our ecommerce systems, and your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be essential in driving business results. Key Responsibilities Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Understand data and spot price change discrepancies, utilizing your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently. Comprehend complex promotional price changes and their impact on the system, making informed decisions to drive business outcomes. Review and enter stores' submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data consistency. Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, adhering to tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively. Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills. Manage and review weekly price change reports, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Perform additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating your willingness to learn and grow with the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar discipline. 1-2 years of related experience in data entry, ecommerce, or a similar field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems. Strategic thinker and innovative problem solver with a proactive and self-motivated mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Strong attention to detail, with a data-driven and results-focused mentality, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organization and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Retail and SAP ecommerce systems, or similar software and technologies. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to interpret and present data insights to stakeholders. Familiarity with ecommerce operations, including promotional pricing, clearance, and permanent price changes. Certifications or training in data entry, ecommerce, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and growth.
