Your safety is our number one priority, and the team will welcome and respect you for who you are. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating the docks used for incoming and outgoing shipments for the site. This includes: * Arranging administrative items for incoming and outgoing shipment contents and comparing with past history to ensure accuracy * Preparing documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials * Reporting administrative discrepancies * Constant communication with carrier representatives to make arrangements and issue instructions for the shipping and delivery of materials * Corresponding with customer representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, scheduling issues, and pickup dates and times **Qualifications and Education Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * 2 or more years' experience in a warehouse setting * Previous knowledge of Shipping and Receiving * Customer service experience **Preferred Skills and Qualifications** * High school diploma * 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse setting * Previous experience in a customer service role * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Arenaflex Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to developing a diverse workforce where everyone is treated fairly, with respect, and has the opportunity to contribute to business success while realizing their potential.
