Your primary objectives will be to: * Handle both incoming and outgoing calls in a contact center environment * Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and empathy while interacting with customers, representatives, and management * Build rapport with customers, understanding their needs and concerns * Maintain accurate records of vendor and part communications in our database or shared systems as required * Be proficient in working multiple subordinate tasks, consistently reviewing educational materials * Clearly communicate all Auto Projects, including Advancements and Special Offers, to customers * Lead phases of preparation to sales teams on promotions and special offers * Lead post-purchase reviews with customers * Adhere to all established policies and procedures * May be required to work in a contact center channel * Perform other duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Unparalleled written and verbal communication skills * A positive attitude and strong work ethic * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) * Ability to learn quickly * Excellent perception skills * When training is complete, Quality Scores should meet the minimum standards of 95% or above * Ability to type at least 35 wpm * A superb Participation and Reliability record (see Participation strategy for details) **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous: * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with contact center software and systems * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee at arenaflex, you will enjoy a flexible and autonomous work environment, with the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home.
