Your daily tasks will include: Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections. Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' destinations. Work Schedule and Environment As a Ramp Agent and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you can expect to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. At least 18 years of age and authorization to work in the United States. Valid driver's license. Proficiency in English. Ability to pass a physical ability test (PAT) and wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Ability to hold airport-specific requirements, such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
