Job Overview We are seeking an exceptional Artificial Intelligence Data Scientist to join our Cloud Innovations Application Stage (AP) team. As a key member of our team, you will help design and implement our AI strategy to take our developer experience platform to the next level and accelerate application development within arenaflex. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply algorithms to large-scale data to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Design and implement AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-enabled solutions Apply machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques to large-scale data sets Ensure data quality and integrity through data analysis, modeling, and validation Communicate complex technical concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning Essential Qualifications 2+ years of overall experience in the software industry focused on machine learning Highly skilled in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and distributed stores like S3, Flash, Vector Database Experience with model deployment for experimentation and testing Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models Strong understanding of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying models to solve different business problems Preferred Qualifications BS in Computer Science, Information Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred Experience with training models or using foundation models and retraining or fine-tuning to custom needs Experience applying ML methods in developer productivity is a plus Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and distributed computing Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
