About the Role We're seeking an experienced and bilingual Customer Support Online Chat Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users through live chat, phone calls, and other channels. You'll be the face of our company, and your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in resolving issues and addressing user inquiries. Key Responsibilities Answer live chat messages and support user needs through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese Collect and relay customer feedback to the rest of the arenaflex team to help us improve our app and services Identify potential issues and coordinate with our Development team to resolve them efficiently Support other Customer Support projects as necessary, including managing inbound and outbound calls to users Handle phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues effectively Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: Strong fluency in English and be bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support or a related field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and either Spanish or Portuguese Familiarity with software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (or a willingness to learn) Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus A reliably strong internet connection (at least 10 MB/s) and a computer that can connect to the web Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are a plus: Fluency in Polish, German, French, Italian, or Tagalog Experience working with customer support software and tools Technical savvy and ability to learn new software and systems quickly Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a competitive compensation package and a supportive work environment that allows you to grow and thrive.
