Key Responsibilities Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st level technical issues via inbound calls, voice mails, emails, and alerts. Positively build and maintain excellent customer service, identifying when technical support can be supported via phone. Provide clear and concise communications, following up with customers on company schedules, requested lead times, and delivery times. Collaborate with the Tier 2 team to seamlessly pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently. Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company, adapting to changes and innovations. Perform duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Perform other duties as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Reliable internet connection is a must, as this is a remote work position. Experience in a call center environment is a plus, but not essential. Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems is desirable. Ability to empathize with customers is critical, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to multi-task, talking and typing simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Technical skills, such as knowledge of troubleshooting and technical support, are desirable. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
