As a remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our customer-facing team, working closely with our clients to resolve their inquiries, complaints, and concerns. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Call Center Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: * Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. * Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. * Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. * Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. * Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their overflow. * Running reports in SAP and collaborating with the team. * Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner. **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * A high school diploma or GED. * 1-2 years of customer service-related experience. * Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365. * Self-motivated and team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively. * Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software. * Microsoft Excel experience and S/4 Hana experience are a plus. **Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Verbal and written communication skills. * Customer service skills and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information. * Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software. * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** arenaflex is committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
