Experienced Call Center Representative for Data Entry and Customer Service – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex

Job Overview In this full-time remote position, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will work under direct supervision and adhere to established guidelines, procedures, and policies. Your primary objectives will include processing patient enrollment, handling patient medication requests, and investigating missing prescription data. Key Responsibilities: Utilize arenaflex's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter data into the appropriate system. Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate to obtain missing prescription data and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve all data entry-related exceptions and communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders as needed. Provide support to pharmacists, both in the office and in different locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate. Obtain an active professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain an active professional license or certification. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse to point and click, starting and closing programs, switching between applications, saving files, printing documents, and accessing information online. Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. 18 years old or older. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by the state as granted by the State Board for Pharmacies or nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
