About the Role: Customer Care Representative We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Care department as a Customer Care Representative. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our policyholders, agents, and funeral homes. As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will primarily be responsible for answering phone calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable call experience while working for a stable and reputable company in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, agents, and funeral homes via phone, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries and issues. Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions or guidance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system or other designated tools. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and underwriting, to ensure seamless customer experience and resolve complex issues efficiently. Stay updated on products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services. Requirements: What We're Looking For To excel as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable, as it will enable you to serve a broader customer base effectively. Education: A High School diploma or equivalent is required, demonstrating your foundational knowledge and ability to learn and grow with our organization. Computer Skills: Basic computer operation skills are essential, including the ability to navigate Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word. Typing Speed: A typing speed of 35 words per minute is necessary for efficiently documenting customer interactions and maintaining records. Attention to Detail: The ability to pay close attention to detail is critical in ensuring accuracy in customer records and resolving issues effectively. Adaptability: You should be able to quickly learn new processes and procedures, adapting to our dynamic environment with ease. Schedules: We offer both full-time and part-time schedules. Full-time positions are available Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm MST. Part-time schedules are open to discussion, allowing for flexibility that suits your needs. Preferred Qualifications: While not mandatory, prior experience in the insurance industry or the ability to speak Spanish can significantly enhance your application.
