As a remote team member, you will be responsible for handling incoming contacts, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming contacts from customers via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns Process reservation requests, support basic loyalty and customer care requests, and identify guest reservation needs to maximize revenue Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and maintain open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties Follow all company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets and guest privacy Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support team goals, and comply with quality assurance expectations and standards Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent No prior related work experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success No supervisory experience is necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team is essential No license or certification is required, but a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is a must Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong technical skills, including proficiency in computer applications and software Able to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision, and maintain a safe and secure work environment What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package, including: Paid training to ensure your success in the role Hourly base rate paid weekly, with eligibility for quarterly incentives A competitive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan with company match Employee stock purchase program and travel discounts Opportunities for professional growth and development, with a focus on promoting from within Work Environment and Company Culture At arenaflex, we pride ourselves on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and growth. As a remote team member, you will be expected to maintain a safe and secure work environment, with a physical cable plug-in (ethernet) connection and minimum internet speeds of 3 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload. You will also be responsible for working directly with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) for setup and support.
