Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Providing product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction * Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products, driving sales and revenue growth * Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends * Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms * Availability to work flexible full-time schedules during customer service hours (8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field * Knowledge of customer service software and platforms * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience with sales and revenue growth **Skills and Competencies:** To succeed as a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms * Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
