Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibilities will include: Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our services Upselling products or services when required Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment 6 months of customer service experience preferred Be over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 words per minute High school graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer systems Proven oral and written communication skills Logical problem-solving skills Ability to navigate Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Work from Home Requirements To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to provide: A personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later A wired Ethernet LAN connection An internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and upload rate of 5.0 Mbps ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms Internet connections cannot be satellite, mobile data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN Proof of internet speed required A clean and quiet workspace Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
