About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Specialist to manage follow-up on inbound customer service ticket queries, phone calls, and voicemails related to financial operations. As the first line of interaction with all finance queries, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers, employees, and other stakeholders. Your expertise in customer service, financial operations, and problem-solving will enable you to deliver a great customer experience, resolve complex challenges diplomatically, and contribute to the overall success of our team. Key Responsibilities: Research, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries within 48 hours of receiving the inquiry, prioritizing based on customer impact Answer customer payment and invoice questions, providing clear and concise information to ensure customer satisfaction Assist customers with desired changes to their account, ensuring a seamless and efficient process Support arenaflex employees with questions and problems, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork Provide a great customer experience, ensuring that every interaction with arenaflex is positive and memorable Resolve difficult or complicated challenges diplomatically, using your expertise and judgment to find solutions that benefit both the customer and arenaflex Maintain high-quality work, including timeliness, completeness, and accuracy, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support Perform other tasks as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development Experience with Service Ticket/Case systems, enabling you to efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries Experience with ERP systems, providing you with a solid understanding of financial operations and processes Experience with Data Entry, ensuring that you can accurately and efficiently manage customer information and transactions 1+ years of Customer Service experience, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional support and service excellence Excellent verbal and telephone skills, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and other stakeholders The ability to type 50+ words per minute with high accuracy, ensuring that you can efficiently and effectively manage customer inquiries and transactions Regular and predictable attendance, demonstrating your commitment to your role and the team's success Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a financial operations or customer service role, providing you with a deep understanding of the industry and the skills required to succeed Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and software, enabling you to efficiently and effectively manage customer inquiries and transactions Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating your ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, enabling you to provide exceptional support and service excellence Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and other stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling you to efficiently and effectively resolve customer inquiries and transactions The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements A strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, enabling you to provide exceptional support and service excellence The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating your ability to collaborate and contribute to the team's success Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
