Key Responsibilities Receive requests for technical assistance from customers and open tickets in the company's ticketing system Submit tickets to the Help Desk technicians for review and resolution Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and ensure that customers receive updates and resolutions in a timely manner Email responses to customers to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that their issues are resolved Work efficiently to close out tickets quickly and ensure that customers are satisfied with the service they receive Maintain accurate records and ensure that all customer interactions are documented Qualifications and Requirements No prior experience is required for this role; however, the ideal applicant will have previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or has worked in online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer.
