You'll empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in our platform, collaborate with internal technical teams, and serve as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the arenaflex team. Your expertise will help shape the best possible version of our product, and you'll lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on our features and developer toolkit. **Key Responsibilities:** * Engage with customers across various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and screen shares * Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution in arenaflex * Collaborate with internal technical teams and engage users for the full bug life cycle, from reports to verifying bug fixes * Serve as the liaison between our customers and the rest of the arenaflex team to advocate and help shape the best possible version of our product * Lead online webinars and one-on-one demos to educate customers on the features of our platform and developer toolkit * Create both internal and external documentation to enhance our knowledge base * Advise customers about new features and functionalities **Requirements:** * Experience providing customer or technical support. SAAS experience is a plus * Understanding of help desk software and remote support tools. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience.
