With a focus on customer satisfaction, phone metrics, gross profit, and closing percentage, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the growth and success of our company. **Primary Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with customers who have requested mom and baby items through insurance to ensure their needs are met * Overseeing orders nationwide for mom and baby items through insurance to ensure timely and accurate delivery * Interfacing with existing customers to determine which products meet their needs and provide personalized recommendations * Presenting arenaflex's services and benefits to customers to drive sales and growth * Handling inbound calls and emails from patients to convert them into potential sales and provide exceptional customer service * Contacting patients through outbound phone calls and emails to follow up on services promised and rendered * Investigating and troubleshooting customer service issues to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction * Communicating with customers to provide equipment and sizing troubleshooting and support * Promptly following up on services promised and rendered to ensure customer satisfaction * Entering new customer demographics and updating changes to existing accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information * Processing documentation, including verification of insurance, to ensure compliance and accuracy * Entering orders and maintaining data to ensure accurate and timely delivery * Performing other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of our company **Skills for Success** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and service * Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong verbal, written, listening, and presentation communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues * Self-motivation, high energy, and an engaging level of enthusiasm to drive sales and growth * Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities * Ability to multi-task and research to provide personalized recommendations and solutions * Willingness to work in a high-stress environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Proven work history illustrating stability, reliability, and strong work ethics * Sensitivity to patient care issues and a commitment to maintaining HIPAA confidentiality * Ability to maintain knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA and patient confidentiality **Required Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred * Microsoft Office computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook * 1+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional care and service **What arenaflex Offers** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Competitive pay, starting at $18 an hour * Comprehensive health plans with FSA or HSA options, dental, and vision insurance * Optional life insurance and 401K with company match * 12 weeks of parental leave for birthing parents and 4 weeks of leave for non-birthing parents * Additional parental benefits, including fertility stipends, free diapers, and breast pumps * Paid holidays and PTO accrual from day one * Employee assistance programs and a range of other benefits and perks **About arenaflex's Culture and Values** At arenaflex, we're proud of our commitment to our employees and our community.
