We're currently seeking a skilled Customer Service and Care Representative to join our team in a hybrid remote role, working 3 days a week in our office and 2 days a week from the comfort of your own home. Job Overview In this critical role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries, concerns, and issues. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, providing clear and accurate information to resolve their concerns. Maintain and update customer accounts, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems and issues in a timely and professional manner. Assist with customer retention efforts, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Serve as a customer advocate, collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer issues. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as needed, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. Renew customer contracts, educate customers on service options, and handle billing issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a hybrid or remote environment. Proficiency in MS Office, with strong typing skills and excellent computer literacy. Outstanding communication and telephone skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proven ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to issue resolution. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in both independent and team-based settings, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork. Excellent follow-up skills, with a commitment to ensuring that customer issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction. Home Office Requirements: To ensure your success in this hybrid remote role, you'll need to have a dedicated workspace that meets the following requirements: A quiet, private, and distraction-free workspace with a consistent power supply. A fast, reliable, and secure internet connection that is hardwired to the modem. Computer and phone equipment will be supplied by arenaflex, but you'll need to have a suitable workspace to accommodate this equipment.
