Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Director to join our team at arenaflex. As a Director of Chance Administration, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing business procedures and risk management solutions, utilizing business or consumer department data. Your expertise in analyzing structured and unstructured data, interpreting complex analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Investigate and analyze organized and unstructured data to inform business decisions and risk management strategies Collaborate with technology and other teams to integrate and execute risk management approaches and business procedures Identify and evaluate new data sources to enhance productivity and efficiency in arenaflex's products and services Apply industry best practices and incorporate regulatory feedback to drive continuous improvement in risk management techniques and systems Develop and implement business process improvement strategies, leveraging project management experience and expertise in driving business change and reengineering systems Utilize MS Excel for financial and data reporting and modeling, as well as Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Graduate degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement Proven expertise in interpreting complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences Experience working with technical, scientific, business, and non-technical teams Strong project management skills, with experience in driving business change and reengineering systems Proficiency in MS Excel, Data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Unix Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Advanced degree in a related field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. Additional experience in risk management, data analysis, and business process improvement Certifications or professional designations in risk management, data analysis, or a related field Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
