Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support and resolve issues in a fair and constructive manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless order processing, investigate customer complaints, and develop solutions to complex problems. **How Your Role Expectations Will Progress:** As a Customer Service Associate, your role will evolve significantly over the first 30, 90, and 180 days.
