With a portfolio of thousands of patents and applications across various industries, we're dedicated to driving positive change through our work. **Position Overview** We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our Chemical Division team at our Roger Milliken Center in Spartanburg, SC. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service from order entry through delivery and invoicing. Your critical component will be establishing and maintaining positive business relationships, both internally and externally. You'll report directly to our US Customer Service Manager and work closely with our account management team to ensure seamless customer experiences. **Job Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: * Performing day-to-day customer inquiries for existing accounts, including order entry, order management, credits, and delivery updates * Ensuring customer calls and emails are promptly responded to in a pleasant and accurate manner * Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships, both internally and externally, as a support to account management * Acting as a liaison and advocate for the customer within all departments * Monitoring accuracy of reporting and order information, reviewing customer complaints, and implementing countermeasures * Planning, prioritizing, and implementing work tasks to ensure proper functioning * Maintaining in-depth working knowledge of the company's brands, systems, products, and processes **Qualifications – Required** * Relevant customer service and/or sales experience * Proficiency in MS Office applications * Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills * Demonstrated performance in designing service-related improvements for customers **Qualifications – Preferred** * SAP experience * Associate's or bachelor's degree **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Demonstrated initiative and self-management * Ability to thrive in a team working environment * Approachable and adaptable * Critical thinking skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
