You'll be responsible for promoting and selling air journeys, providing assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, and interpreting authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments. You'll also be expected to meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers, and protect business assets and revenue. **Key Responsibilities** * Promote and sell air journeys to the traveling public or freight forwarders * Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance * Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments * Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times * Provide assistance to troubled passengers and customers * Protect business assets and revenue * Possess the physical capability and dexterity to perform various job-related duties * Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited timeframe * Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision * Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations * Follow internal/external regulations and procedures * May be required to drive and operate air stairs to various types of aircraft to enplane and deplane passengers * Responsible for the overall performance within the work location and may be required to lead and direct the work of other employees * May be required to perform Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower capabilities **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience + High school degree or GED + Read, write, fluently speak, and recognize the English language + Bilingual language skills are required in some locations + Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Must satisfy FAA criminal history checks to qualify for unescorted access to privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Must be able to obtain suitable airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable + Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays + Must be able to work on a regular and timely basis **What You'll Get** * Feel free to take advantage of all that arenaflex has to offer: + Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
