**Experienced Customer Service & Data Entry Representative – Remote Claims Coordination Support**

We're dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion, where every team member feels valued, respected, and empowered to grow. **U.S. Eligibility Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: * Be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract * Be willing to submit to a background investigation, with any offer of employment conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation * Have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States * Be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylee, refugee, or temporary resident (excluding those with non-immigrant work authorization, such as students in practical training status) **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service & Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems * Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently * Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy * Compiling reports from systems with claims information * Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal stakeholders **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * 6-12 months of work experience in a customer service or data entry role * Basic computer and typing skills (at least 40 wpm) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be beneficial: * Experience working in a claims coordination or insurance industry * Proficiency in claims management systems or similar software * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your growth and development.
