Key Responsibilities: Handle and resolve escalated customer concerns with varying levels of complexity, ensuring timely and effective solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Turn every customer contact into a sale or save opportunity, providing a premium experience that fosters loyalty and retention. Embody the Service Plus mindset by resolving customer concerns and anticipating future needs, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to provide personalized solutions. Conduct thorough account analyses to identify opportunities for growth, retention, and upselling, applying your business acumen to make informed decisions that balance customer satisfaction with cost-effectiveness. Execute targeted loyalty and retention strategies for high-value and at-risk customers, utilizing historical reports, customer insights, and sales data to inform your approach. Provide exceptional customer experiences by listening for signs of churn, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to address customer concerns and provide personalized solutions. Navigate our systems and utilize available tools and resources to be self-sufficient and effectively provide all applicable offers and solutions to customers. Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for our customers, highlighting the value of our products and services and promoting our brand with passion and enthusiasm. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's Degree or one or more years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving complex customer issues and meeting or exceeding sales and retention goals. One or more years of sales experience, with a proven ability to promote and upsell products or services, and a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Experience resolving complex customer issues, including escalations, billing, and product Q&A, with a strong ability to think critically and outside the box. A strong sales acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and retention goals, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities. A private workspace, minimum internet speed, and a desk for the required equipment provided, with the ability to self-manage in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following, you'll be an even stronger candidate: A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices. Experience troubleshooting customer products and services, with a working knowledge of our network and the ability to position network solutions. Experience promoting and upselling products or services, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention goals. One or more years of retention experience, with a proven ability to identify and address customer needs, and a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.
