Job Overview arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team in Duncan, SC. Under general direction, the successful candidate will manage and lead the activities of the Customer Service Department, providing exceptional support to customers, agents, and sales teams across all aspects of the sales process for products supplied by arenaflex into various markets. This critical role encompasses all phases of the sales process, including quotes, orders, shipments, complaints, payment issues, and improvement activities. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Directly managing the customer service department, including Customer Service Supervisors and their respective teams, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer support. Managing the activities of customer service representatives and supervisors, ensuring effective resource utilization and support for customers and sales teams. Driving the growth and development of individual customer service associates, with a focus on product knowledge, systems, proactive selling, and skills development to fulfill their roles within the sales execution processes. Overseeing sales processes, developing, and sustaining a customer-focused organization that supports the sales process, including direct responsibilities for quote follow-up and lead/opportunity validation. Executing and continuously improving customer service processes to ensure effective customer support and sales agent assistance. Collaborating with various business unit groups to drive efficiency and productivity improvements, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, proactively managing problems and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Understanding and complying with arenaflex's business and Health/Safety Policy and Procedures, upholding the highest standards of integrity and responsibility. Have a minimum of 4 years of management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. Be proficient in MS Office, with Oracle experience preferred, and a strong understanding of telecommunications products, customers, and markets.
