Proactively manage and overcome objections related to subscriber cancellation and suspension requests, playing a critical role in reducing churn and enhancing customer retention. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
