Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Operating all equipment, including computers, telephones, and other technology Stocking ingredients, preparing products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment Receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise Working effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, including ingredients, prices, and promotions Participating in training and development programs to improve your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues, and management A positive and friendly attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store as needed Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Knowledge of food preparation and safety procedures Ability to speak multiple languages Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store as needed Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to maintain a high level of product knowledge, including ingredients, prices, and promotions Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
