Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries of varying types in a professional and courteous manner Leverage probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the company Utilize active listening skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a driven personality that is focused on solving problems and meeting goals.
