Requirements for Success: To excel in this role, you will need: A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, as we are currently operating remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly, adapting to our technology and systems with ease. High school diploma or equivalent, with a proven track record of success in previous customer service or call center positions.
