Your key responsibilities will include: * Offering a consistently high level of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and enjoyable experience at all touchpoints * Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc) * Working closely with and taking instructions from Team Leaders responsible for the flight/works areas/shift * Conducting relevant administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure * Constituting AA by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times * Promoting and selling AA services and products to our customers * Attending and completing all mandatory training by given deadlines * Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times * Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post **All You Need for Success:** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Excellent interpersonal skills * Solution-oriented approach * Ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints * Ability to handle a stressful environment effectively and work with minimum supervision * Strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face contact with customers * Ability to be a representative of the organization at all times * Well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times * Ability and willingness to work in a shift environment (including weekends, bank, and public holidays) * Reliability and punctuality * Compliance with all AA guidelines and policies * Ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard * Possession of a valid BAA airside pass * GSAT trained * Ability and willingness to efficiently complete all relevant training * Possession of a valid DVLA driving license, post-holder must be willing to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required * Ability and willingness to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required **Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience:** * PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email **Experience Free to Be Yourself at arenaflex:** At arenaflex, we believe that our team members are the backbone of our organization, and we strive to create a workplace culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
