Job Overview: Customer Service Representative – Healthcare We're seeking highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a remote, full-time, or seasonal capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities and/or entities. This project focuses on IVA, Prospective, and Risk, and you will be responsible for making outbound calls to Provider offices and answering inbound calls.
