We are committed to fostering a culture of excellence, empathy, and teamwork, where our employees can grow, learn, and thrive. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing first-level problem resolution to member, provider, and broker inquiries via telephone, gathering and researching information, examining claim submissions, verifying claim and system accuracy, and resolving issues based on applicable policies and procedures. * Using your knowledge of products and contractual provisions to provide customer service and education, interpret contractual language, determine the need for managed care initiatives, and administer all types of services to customers within the business segment through telephonic inquiries, written, and/or electronic inquiries and claims adjustments, if applicable. * Appropriately documenting all client interactions according to established departmental procedures. * Delivering accurate information to customers in accordance with performance goals and objectives. * Maintaining customer records by updating account information effectively utilizing the business areas enrollment/inquiry tracking system and processes. * Participating in ongoing education related to new services, industry topics, and skills. **Key Skills and Qualifications** * High School Diploma or GED * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment * Strong knowledge of healthcare products and services * Ability to interpret contractual language and apply policies and procedures * Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment * Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and developments * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
