You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process enhancements, and measure the impact of these changes. Your expertise will help us streamline our processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Work with the execution of the WW CS Experts technique through local administration and support groups to drive process excellence across arenaflex's global operations. * Lead and support process improvement projects at the organization level that may have a global impact, leveraging your expertise in Lean/Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies. * Mentor and train leaders and project teams on Process Improvement (PI) ideas and philosophies, empowering them to drive continuous improvement across the organization. * Perform quantitative analysis of key process indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making. * Direct task portfolio, supporting Continuous Improvement Specialists and individual program administrators with execution and delivery of results, ensuring timely and effective project completion. * Identify valuable opportunities to automate processes and work with partners to develop a automation pipeline, driving efficiency and reducing manual effort. * Review completed projects to assess supported impact and collaborate with Financial Regulator to approve influence, ensuring that process improvements are measurable and impactful. * Communicate across all levels on project and program progress, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the organization. * Work with and participate in meetings as necessary to drive development and organization-wide equality, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. * Oversee and develop talent, establishing clear goals and objectives in ambiguous circumstances, and empowering team members to take ownership of their work. * Establish objectives and tasks independently in highly ambiguous circumstances, leveraging your expertise to drive process excellence. **Essential Capabilities** * 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, leveraging your expertise to drive process improvement and collaboration. * 2+ years of group management experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving results. * 2+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience, with a focus on process improvement and continuous learning. * 2+ years of program or project management experience, with a proven ability to define program requirements and use data and metrics to drive enhancements. * Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive enhancements, with a focus on process improvement and continuous learning. * 2 years of demonstrated experience with continuous improvement tools and processes, or proven capability as a skilled-level continuous improvement specialist. **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience making, analyzing, and conveying results to senior leadership, with a focus on driving business outcomes and process excellence. * +2 years of experience leading global or cross-territorial drives, with a proven ability to drive results and improve processes across multiple regions. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $25/hour * Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a focus on continuous learning and improvement * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs to help you grow your skills and advance your career * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to arenaflex's success **How to Apply** If you're a motivated, process-savvy professional with a passion for driving continuous improvement, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
