About the Role As a Customer Service Representative - Luxury Retail, you'll be supporting customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand. If you have a passion for exquisite, personalized service and consider yourself a bit of a fashionista, this role is perfect for you. You'll utilize your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to help exclusive customers shop, resolve questions about their orders, and resolve issues with white glove treatment. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming communications from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve customer issues, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience. Make recommendations of products or services to close sales, leveraging your knowledge of high fashion brands and haute couture to drive customer satisfaction. What You Bring to the Role To succeed in this role, you'll need: An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional service. 1 year or more of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving mid-to-high level customer service issues. 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize and resolve complex customer service issues. Computer experience, with proficiency in using technology to drive customer engagement and resolve issues. High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer setup, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively from home. A USB wired headset (or equivalent) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android, facilitating seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
