**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Medical Supply Industry (Remote)**

We're passionate about delivering exceptional experiences and making a difference in the lives of those we serve. **Job Description** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in providing timely and accurate information to customers regarding their order status and product information requests. You'll also be responsible for processing customer returns, working closely with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed Billing charges, and providing timely feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns.
