About the Role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, sales staff, distribution, purchasing, manufacturing, and marketing teams. Your expertise in product knowledge, communication, and problem-solving will be essential in resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing guidance to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Utilize professional written and verbal communication skills to process orders, respond to customer inquiries, and provide product information via phone, email, or fax. Research and resolve customer complaints, expedite deliveries, and track order activity to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. Foster open communication internally and externally, championing creative change to improve processing and service levels, and providing guidance to new or less experienced staff. Collaborate with sales staff to ensure responsiveness to customer needs, and work closely with distribution, purchasing, manufacturing, and marketing teams to maintain a seamless customer experience. Perform other similar and related duties as required to support the team and drive business growth. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. These include: Essential Qualifications A.S. degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of three years' experience in a successful customer-facing environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in the manufacturing or electrical industry is required, with a plus for experience in data centers and extensive product knowledge. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred, with a plus for experience in data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and establish proactive corrective actions. Presentation and training experience is a plus, with the ability to communicate complex information in an understandable way. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, with the ability to use the internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively.
