You will take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions, providing solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. With the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, you will receive the necessary training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions * Provide solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience * Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients * Receive training to upskill and assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise * Maintain accurate records and documentation of member interactions * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) * Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications * High School Diploma or equivalent experience **Preferred Qualifications** * Associates degree or equivalent experience * Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner * Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life * Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards * Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence * Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism * Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills * At least 6 months of healthcare experience **Work from Home Opportunity** arenaflex offers a flexible work-from-home opportunity for the right candidate.
