Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions Provide accurate and timely information to members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options Offer solutions and support to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a professional and empathetic manner Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the healthcare experience of our members, and to promote positive health outcomes Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve member issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills, and to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. You will also need to be proficient in Windows-based applications and have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
