Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-obsessed Customer Support Representative to join our award-winning team. As the front-line of the arenaflex experience, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative and exceptional service to our clients and candidates through phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner Complete projects assigned by the support manager, demonstrating your ability to work independently and as part of a team Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the arenaflex system, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved, ensuring that all issues are addressed and closed Complete call logs and reports, maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions Recognize, document, and alert your supervisor to trends and issues in customer calls, contributing to process improvements and knowledge sharing Recommend process improvements, demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning and growth Work flexible hours, including nights or weekends, to ensure that our customers receive 24/7 support Develop expertise in the arenaflex platform, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of our technology to customers and candidates Document and manage cases for each support interaction, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail Delight each of your contacts with positive and encouraging interactions, embodying the arenaflex spirit of customer obsession Essential Qualifications Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, candidates, and colleagues Positive attitude and drive to always be improving, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience Expert reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information and ideas Proficient with technology, able to learn and troubleshoot technical issues while navigating multiple systems 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with experience in a technical support role being a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful, with a focus on finding solutions and resolving issues Experience with Salesforce or another CRM is preferred, as is experience communicating with customers Flexible schedule, with the ability to work 24/7 to support our customers US Citizenship is required to work in this position Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction Knowledge of the recruitment industry, with a understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our customers and candidates Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders, with a focus on building strong relationships and collaborations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
