Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages * Providing accurate and timely solutions to customer issues * Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * Strong customer support experience, preferably in the higher education sector * Moderate technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support software is a plus **Workspace Requirements** To ensure that you have a seamless and productive experience, we require that you have: * A dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above * 16 GB RAM * Internet speed of 50+ MBPS * A webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures * Dual monitors (highly recommended) * A secure and stable internet connection (ethernet connection required) * Willingness to install arenaflex's security software and 2FA app on your mobile device **Commitment and Availability** We require a commitment of 60 days, with a minimum of 15 hours per week. You will need to be available to work during the following hours: * Monday - Sunday: 4 AM - 7 PM PT **Pay and Benefits** arenaflex offers competitive pay rates, which vary by client and are not negotiable. Rates will be disclosed during the interview process.
